Leadership Clarity Intensive
A focused 30-day engagement designed to tackle a specific decision, immediate challenge, relationship, or pattern that deserves concentrated attention.
A conversation (with a colleague or an AI tool) can only work with what you already know to share. Together we surface what hasn’t been said yet, question the frameworks you’ve accepted, and build accountability around your next move.
- Best For: Leaders navigating a high-stakes team conflict, an upcoming promotion or role transition, a critical decision crossroads, or the pressure of guiding teams through rapid organizational shifts.
- What is Included:
- One 60-minute intake session to clarify the core challenge.
- Four weekly 60-minute coaching sessions.
- Voice and email support between sessions.
- The Leadership Clarity Brief at close, outlining decisions made and 90-day accountability commitments.
- One 30-minute follow-up call at the 30-day mark.

A structured 3- or 6-month partnership for leaders navigating deep organizational change, greater scope, or a major professional inflection point.
Data without coaching is information. Data with coaching changes what we do next. Most leaders have a clear sense of how they see themselves. Hogan shows us how others are likely to experience you, especially when the pressure is on. That gap is often where the most important coaching work lives.
- Best For: Leaders who have reached a plateau, stepped into a larger role, or received feedback they’re still trying to understand.
- What is Included:
- Complete Hogan Assessment Suite (HPI, HDS, MVPI) administered at the start.
- One 90-minute full executive debrief session.
- A collaboratively designed, written Leadership Development Plan.
- Ongoing coaching sessions focused on real-world leadership challenges.
- Voice and email support throughout the program.
- The final Leadership Clarity Brief to carry the work forward.
