These terms govern your use of navugate.com and your engagement with NavUgate Coaching services.

Services
NavUgate Coaching provides leadership coaching, assessment-based coaching, and leadership development services. Coaching is a professional development engagement, not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. NavUgate Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Engagements and payment
Coaching engagements are agreed upon during or following a discovery call. Payment is collected in advance of sessions via Stripe. Pricing is confirmed in writing before any payment is processed.

Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential. When an organization sponsors a coaching engagement, NavUgate may share progress themes and development goals with the sponsoring organization by mutual agreement. Specific session content is not shared without the client’s written consent.

Intellectual property
Content on navugate.com, including written materials, frameworks, and tools, is the property of NavUgate Coaching and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability
NavUgate Coaching provides coaching and leadership development guidance. Outcomes depend on individual effort and application. NavUgate Coaching is not liable for business, career, or personal decisions made by clients during or after an engagement.

Changes to these terms
NavUgate reserves the right to update these terms. Changes take effect upon posting to navugate.com.
